Owner supervision, engineering service based on the FIDIC contract

According to Article 50 of the Building Act in force, the duties of the undertaking performing owner supervision include:
The undertaking performing owner supervision is obliged
1)  to inspect the conformity of the building design documentation to the requirements;
2)  to inspect the conformity of building with the building design documentation to the requirements;
3)  to verify that construction products which conform to the requirements are used the event of building;
4)  to verify the existence of the technical construction documentation;
5)  to inspect the conformity of the technical construction documentation to the requirements;
6)  to inspect the quality of the construction work;
7)  to verify that the construction work is safe for third parties, that the construction works and the building site are maintained and that any pollution of the environment is avoided;
8)  to follow the injunctions made;
9)  to follow the terms of the performed construction works, informing the owner of the quality of the performed construction works or the terms given for finishing the works not conforming to the agreements;
10) to monitor the conformity of the construction to the building design documentation, legal acts and the requirements arising from the contract concluded between the owner of the building and the construction undertaking.
